Payment Options for Reservations

At Andean Diaries, we offer three secure options for confirming your reservation:

  1. Full Payment (100%)
    Pay the full amount via our website or directly through one of our sales representatives.
  2. Partial Payment (50%) + 5% Transaction Fee
    Secure your spot with 50% of the total cost, plus a 5% transaction fee. Payment can be made through our website or sales executives.*

Important: If none of these payment options are completed, your reservation will not be considered CONFIRMED, and Andean Diaries is not obligated to provide the requested tourist service.

*The remaining 50% must be paid at least one day before your tour begins, using any of the currencies and payment methods listed below.

Our exchange rate is updated daily to reflect the current market value.

Accepted Payment Methods

We provide a range of payment options for your convenience:

*Note: Payments made via Izipay on Friday afternoons or weekends are processed the following Monday afternoon. According to SUNAT regulations, receipts or invoices are only issued after funds are officially received in our account (banked or paid in cash).


Modifications Policy

We offer flexible options to modify your booking:

1-Day Tours or More (Except Machu Picchu)

You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge.

Tours and Packages with Machu Picchu

You may request a date change up to 72 hours in advance.
Additional third-party and administrative costs will apply (train, bus, entrance fees).

Once the change is approved, you will have 24 hours to confirm the new date.
All changes are subject to availability and potential price adjustments.


Cancellation Policy

Tours of 1 Day or More (Except Machu Picchu)

Tours and Packages Including Machu Picchu

Exception: If government-imposed restrictions prevent your travel (e.g., national border closures), we will work with you to find an alternative solution.


Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed:

Transaction fees for refunds are the responsibility of the traveler and depend on the chosen refund method.
