Itinerary
Our tour starts at 8:00 am, where we will pick you up from your hotel or a designated pickup point. Our first stop is the Tipón archaeological center, where we will have a guided tour. Here, you’ll get to see the main water sources and visit the cultivation terraces. After this visit, we will head to the Pikillacta archaeological center, where we will also have a guided tour. During this visit, you’ll get to explore the pre-Inca enclosures of the sector.
Next, we will continue our journey towards Andahuaylillas in our vehicle. Along the way, we will pass by the Huacarpay lagoon, which is famous for bird watching. Upon arriving in Andahuaylillas, we will have a guided tour of the place, followed by some free time.
Before returning to Cusco, we will make two stops. The first stop is in Saylla, where you can taste the delicious Tocto or chicharrón, which is a local gastronomic specialty. Our second stop will be in I pass, where you can buy the famous Oropesa bread.
We will arrive back in the city of Cusco at 2:45 pm, provided there are no delays due to traffic.
